Providing a comfortable care environment is a top priority for Dr. Hadden. She believes that establishing a relationship based on mutual trust is one of the most important components in providing the best dental care possible.
Dr. Hadden grew up in a small town in Southern Oregon. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of San Diego with a BS in Biology. She then attended dental school at the University of California at Los Angeles, graduating with several top honors. Most notably she was inducted into Omicron Kappa Upsilon (OKU), the national dental honor society. To further her dental education, Dr. Hadden then attended a one year residency program known as an Advanced Education in General Dentistry at the Veterans Hospital in San Antonio.
Dr. Hadden opened Northland Dental Studio in 2012 with the primary goal of creating a dental practice with an environment based on individualized, compassionate care. She believes this personal relationship can be the key to helping patients achieve their best overall oral health. After being diagnosed with a rare form of cancer in the summer of 2015 Dr. Hadden underwent surgery to remove the tumor and is happy to report that she is now cancer free! Currently though, she has stepped away from direct patient care to focus on her health and rehabilitation. She is enjoying being able to be an active part of her practice by continuing to oversee the daily management needs of the office. She also participates in two nationally recognized dental study clubs here Austin, Impact Austin and the Spear Study Club.
Dr. Hadden’s compassionate personality and enthusiasm for life extends well beyond her love for dentistry. Most notably she is an avid equestrian, having ridden horses since she was six years old. With her new horse, Wembley, she is now training and competing as a Grade IV Para-Equestrian. Currently her sights are set on competing at the 2016 US Para Equestrian Dressage National Championships. Dr. Hadden also loves to spending time outdoors with her husband and their two Labrador Retrievers.
